As a previous participant of the eminently practical Leading and Managing Teams Program, we are very pleased to invite you to an entertaining and very useful one day Follow Up Workshop that will revise and reinforce the learnings and tools from the original Leading and Managing Teams Program.

During the Workshop we will review Key Concepts from the Leading and Managing Teams Program and cover the following areas:

• Revision of Action Plans to see what has and has not been implemented and why
• Evaluation of Leadership and Management Performance using 360^o Feedback (see attached)
• Emotional Intelligence using a self-assessment format
• Application of good leadership and management practice in the interactive simulation “Aplomb Tall Towers”
• Plan further applications of Leading and Managing Teams strategies into the workplace
