I’ve been in business nearly 20 years and it’s been a real experience. I’ve made and lost money and friends, built and sold businesses and helped many clients grow and develop theirs. I’ve led teams with results at both ends of the spectrum and had the privilege of some incredibly hard and rewarding growth curves.

My background is in construction, management consultancy and psychology and I’d have to say that had it not been for all 3, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Very different worlds and I’m grateful for that diversity in my life. I live in Prahran with my family and have done so since 2014.

When not consulting, I can usually be found with either guitar in hand or writing children’s stories. I’m a huge believer that whether it be family, music, business or anything important – do it well and never alone.
