On a daily basis, employers seeking assistance with their HR and recruitment needs contact me, as do hopeful job-seekers wanting a change of luck in their search for employment. In their own way, each is a little nervous because of the staffing problems or tight resume deadlines they face.

After receiving automated responses from other HR and recruitment agencies, they are immediately relieved when they talk to a real human. I listen carefully to their stories and concerns before referring a staff member to contact them. They are generally able to re-group as they are confident their concern will be dealt with professionally and within the timeframe they require.

This is the personal touch our agency was founded upon and keeping it the backbone of how we operate gives me a great sense of pride.
