The Opportunity

Join a long-established, family-run beverage manufacturer in Dunnstown, Victoria. With operations dating back to the 1880s, our client has invested in a state-of-the-art production facility — designed with safety, cleanliness, and efficiency at its core.

They are now seeking a Maintenance Technician to help uphold these high standards by maintaining and servicing their TetraPak and automated equipment. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a reliable technician who values structure, precision, and consistency.

Finance Officer

  • Full time, permanent (Mon-Fri). 0.8 FTE considered for exceptional candidates.

The Role

As the Finance Officer, you will:

  • Manage the Companies new finance ERP, acting as the subject matter expert.
  • Oversee monthly and annual accounting processes, including timely preparation of management accounts, reconciliations, financial performance tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly cashflows, financial reports, and commentary, ensuring accurate financial performance tracking and reporting.
  • Manage the annual budget process, including collaborating with the GM and departmental managers to construct, refine, and present the budget.
  • Support financial functions such as AP/AR, banking, payroll, and assist with inventory management and stocktake reporting.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis, business modelling, and insights to ensure financial viability and support decision-making.

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proven track record of delivering work on time.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Practical problem solver with strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to change.
  • Accountable and committed to delivering quality results, with a focus on innovation and operational efficiency.
