HRIS Terms and Conditions

  • At the time of signing this agreement, there is a one off $500.00 IP Activation Fee - payable directly to the software provider.
  • Minimum monthly fee of $112.50 per month for up to 15 people.
  • Greater than 15 people is charged at $7.50 per person per month thereafter.
  • A minimum twelve (12) month HRIS subscription is required.
  • Initial set up and training cost for the HRIS is $2,500 exc. GST for 10 hours. Any additional hours above this will be quoted separately and charged at an hourly rate. If less hours are used, the cost will be charged pro rata for hours used.
