Michael is an experienced Occupational Physiotherapist and Injury Prevention Specialist based in Melbourne, Australia. Since graduating from the University of South Australia in 1999, he has worked in a wide range of private, public, corporate and industrial health settings, both in Australia and the UK, including 15 years as a Clinical Physiotherapist contracting to the Australian Defence Force.

As an Occupational Physiotherapist, Michael specialises in helping businesses develop and implement proactive strategies to reduce the costs of workplace injury and cultivate a positive workplace culture that prioritises health, safety and wellbeing. 

Michael has provided proactive, injury prevention and risk mitigations services for many organisations, including Workcover and corporate clients such as Toyota, DHL, Boeing, Qantas, ALDI, Pacific National, TT Line, Patties, Americold, Patrick Terminals, Toll Ipec and Linfox.

As the Head of Operations, Michael oversees the design, development and delivery of AHO’s Virtual and Onsite WHS and Wellbeing programs.
