Matt has enjoyed a diverse career with experience working as an Infantry Soldier, Engineering Geologist, Aged Care Nurse and in other roles. This gives him a unique background particularly when assisting with recruitment, as he sees candidates that may have something different to offer than just the norm, and thereby provides our clients with candidates that can offer more.
