Linda Redfearn is a highly skilled Senior HR Business Leader with experience in Global and Local Human Resources and has held roles in Senior People Management at both strategic and operational levels of business.
Linda has benefited from working with small to medium businesses in a HR Consulting role by introducing and supporting them on initiatives such as coaching and mentoring programs, writing policies and procedures, training and facilitating, diversity and inclusion and performance improvement projects.
