Cate’s experience has been within the agricultural, construction, retail, medical, manufacturing and mining industries. Working within these industries, Cate is very familiar with recruitment, staff training, all aspects of payroll requirements and OHS legislation.

With an ability to quickly build a strong rapport with all stakeholders, Cate is able to provide strategic advice to operational managers, provide direction for administrative functions of organizations and assist with developing positive company culture.
