Belinda Fyffe is our CEO, CFO and one of our Senior HR Strategists and Lead Facilitator.

Belinda is inspired by supporting clients to build great workplaces of meaning and purpose; so as to uplift the communities those businesses serve and represent.

Belinda has had extensive experience in implementing new systems and improvements to work practices both internally and on a contract basis. With senior management experience in industries such as retail, manufacturing and local government, Belinda is known for creating positive change and results. The ability to make a difference has permeated Belinda’s career.

Belinda assists organisations and individuals to learn and implement leadership and management skills; our flagship Program Leading & Managing Teams has a practical, hands-on approach to equip participants with tools to take back to the workplace and implement immediately. Positive change is positioning organisations for the challenges of the future.

Coupled with the Culture Survey – a diagnostic tool that is so much more than merely a staff satisfaction survey or even a staff engagement survey. Our Survey identifies the key areas the organisation and individuals need to target culturally to get positive future results.

Previously Belinda has been heavily involved in coaching and training, financial planning and forecasting, business strategy and direction setting. Belinda is always looking for a new challenge, where to best put her efforts to help achieve the outcomes businesses need.
