Steel Frame Solutions has recently undergone a period of growth and restructure, we empowered and presented new opportunities for staff to fill leadership roles. All identified staff were new to leading teams and Lisa Wiking at the Proven Group was instrumental in giving entry level training for Team Leading and Customer Service coaching.

Our staff learned to run effective meetings, set KPI’s and enforce values aligned to the business and more specifically – their team. Each member was able to learn, practice and implement strategies including the Performance Equation, which enabled the staff to fully understand their roles and responsibilities while giving Team Leaders a framework to refer to as their experience and confidence increased.

After a few short months, my time has opened to focus on the Operational side of the business as the emerging Team Leaders continue to implement new process’ and strategies to look after their areas. A small investment of time was required, and the effort Lisa went to ensuring the success of the individuals through the program meant its success. I urge all managers to refresh with the participant members to confirm continuity of understanding and language used to guarantee the objectives of the training program.

I have this very day received a job offer. I set my mind to getting a new job in the early part of this year. Integral to that pursuit is an effective resume.
