Yes. Many clients contact us for advice on a specific workplace issue. Whether you have a quick question or need guidance through a complex employee matter, we're here to help.

Do you charge by the hour?

For one-off advice, we can provide hourly support where appropriate. But often you may be able to find out what you need to know and what to do next in as little as 15 min for only $99*. For larger pieces of work, we generally provide a fixed-fee proposal, so you know exactly what to expect.

Can you provide ongoing HR support?

Absolutely. Our Outsourced HR Manager service and People Success Plans provide ongoing access to experienced HR consultants who work alongside your business throughout the year in a proactive way – getting ahead of issues before they happen.

What is a People Success Plan?

A People Success Plan is our proactive HR partnership designed to align your people strategy with your business goals. It provides ongoing HR support, regular planning and practical advice to help your business grow.

Can you help with Fair Work and employee relations?

Yes. We provide practical advice on Fair Work obligations, employee relations, Modern Awards, workplace investigations, performance management, employment contracts and HR compliance. We can also represent employers with the Fair Work Ombudsman or Fair Work Commission if things go bad.
