Leadership and management are two very different (complementary) skillsets that are crucial for people in supervisory and leadership roles to possess if they are to safely guide their teams to the expected destination.

  1. The Value of Values: Practical ways your company values can improve employee performance

David is the face of Mind Culture Consulting, created from a desire to help and support people within the general community and workplace organisations, to promote an understanding and positive focus on mental health and wellbeing. He is passionate about spreading awareness and education to those who wish to be equipped with the knowledge and tools, that will enable them to support those experiencing issues around mental health.

David is an accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor, a certified Trainer and Assessor, has a Diploma in Leadership and Management, and has worked within the Manufacturing Industry for over 20 years including positions in Management, Recruitment and Production Work.
